1. Who operates Tap Dodge

Tap Dodge is operated by Victoras Croitoru. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to owner@vichub.dev.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores progress locally, including high scores, virtual coins, unlocked and equipped items, upgrades, daily rewards, missions, tutorial state, and preferences. This information is used only to operate the game.

Deleting the app normally deletes this local information. Depending on your iOS and iCloud settings, app data may also be included in a device backup managed by Apple.

3. Optional analytics

Tap Dodge uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay and improve balance, usability, and reliability. Analytics are disabled by default and can be enabled or disabled through Settings → Share anonymous analytics.

When enabled, gameplay events may include run starts and endings, scores, mission completion, virtual-currency activity, item selections, and rewarded-ad interactions. Firebase may also process app-instance information, device and operating-system information, approximate location derived from network information, usage information, and diagnostics. Advertising-personalization signals and Apple's Identifier for Vendor (IDFV) collection are disabled.

4. Optional rewarded advertising

Tap Dodge uses Google Mobile Ads to offer rewarded advertisements. An ad is shown only after you choose to watch one. The game grants the displayed virtual reward only after the advertising provider confirms completion.

Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other information needed to provide, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising. Tap Dodge requests contextual/non-personalized ads, disables AdMob's publisher first-party identifier, does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier, and does not use data to track players across apps or websites owned by other companies. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent or presents privacy choices before ads are requested.

5. Purchases

The initial release does not sell virtual currency or digital items for real money. Shop items use virtual coins earned through gameplay, missions, daily rewards, and optional rewarded ads. This policy will be updated before real-money in-app purchases are introduced.

6. Children

Tap Dodge is not directed to children under 13 and is not submitted as an App Store Kids Category app. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us using the address below.

7. Retention, deletion, and your choices

• Local game data remains on the device until the app or its data is deleted, subject to device backups.
• Analytics collection can be disabled at any time in the game settings.
• Advertising privacy choices can be reviewed from the game settings when the option is available for your region.
• Third-party retention is governed by the applicable Google service settings and policies.

8. Service providers and international processing

Google may process information in countries other than your own. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information, and Firebase privacy and security documentation.

9. Security and changes

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the game and its integrations, but no electronic system is completely secure. This policy may be updated when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
